During Christmas break 2003 we embarked on a vacation that would take us half way around the world to Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. Following a wonderful Christmas day in Kuala Lumpur, we enjoyed the beautiful waters of the Great Barrier Reef and capped off the trip with a spectacular view of the New Year’s Eve fireworks display over Sydney harbor.
